Rain clouds help replenish the earth's water, keeping us, our soils, plants and animal life healthy. Water conservation is vital as droughts are becoming common and have an impact on wildlife, agriculture, people's livelihoods and health. Rain water harvesting and recycling water can help provide water for drinking, irrigation and feeding livestock.

Turning off the tap when brushing your teeth or collecting rain water from a roof for watering the garden can help make a difference and save you money. Join us on twitter to learn more.

This design has been inspired by snow clouds and glaciers. The Antarctic ice sheet is actually a glacier and has existed for at least 40 million years and glacier ice is the largest reservoir of fresh water on the planet, storing an estimated 75% of the world's supply!

Some of the world's ice sheets are melting because of a warmer climate and this is affecting many wildlife and human habitats. Polar Bears are one of the beautiful species that are threatened as they depend on sea ice for hunting, breeding, and in some cases, denning. Scientists say that we can help by reducing our C02 emissions, supporting conservation projects and inspiring others to make a change.

These earrings have been inspired by amazing honey bees. Bees visit 50-1000 flowers on a collection, fly an average of 13mph-15mph and beat their wings around 200 times per second! This hand drawn bee by crumple celebrates the delicious honey that bees share with us.

Paper Tales

Research has shown that bee populations are declining. Bees act as pollinators which mean they help grow various plants including the food we eat. When a bee lands on a flower, without knowing it they pick up pollen sacs on their feet and when they go and land on another flower the sacs fall off their feet and pollination begins. We can help welcome bees back into our cities and countrysides by making sure we grow plants that bees love. Join us on twitter to learn more.

Our beautiful butterflies have been in decline and we need to attract them back into our urban and countryside environments. Butterflies act as pollinators which means they help grow various species of plants including food that we eat. We can help welcome them back into our environments by making sure we grow plants that they love. Blooming meadows teamed with a buzz of wildlife is heaven on earth. Paper Tales

Humanity has used pictures, gestures, art and words to tell stories throughout history. From oral traditions to modern day podcasts, story telling has helped us learn from the past, recollect the present and imagine the future. Stories can change lives, can motivate, teach and connect us to each other and the world around us. Crumple invite you to share stories that will inspire others to care for our world in their own way.

Without the Sun, Earth could not support life - as well as keeping our eco systems thriving the sun provides us with solar energy. We are all being asked to reduce the amount of fossil fuels we use and switch to alternative sources of green' energy like solar. Crumple suggests lazy summer picnics with delicious cold snacks as a perfect way to enjoy the sunshine and reduce energy use. Watch how these women are using solar power. Some of the CO2 we produce is being absorbed by our oceans and research has shown that the pH balance of ocean waters are changing . The effect is known as ocean acidification and is a threat to the health of our oceans including the animal and plant life it sustains. Crumple love our seas and all it holds.

Aside from giving us moonlight, the moon also creates the earths tides. These tides produce energy that can be converted into electricity. Hydropower is another form of "green" energy that is being developed further to help us adapt to climate change. Join us on twitter to learn more.

Pollen makes some people sneeze - it's the yellow powder that colours your nose when you smell a flower. Plants rely on wind or pollinators, like bees and butterflies, to carry pollen to other plants for fertilization to begin - this pollination helps grow various species of plants including food that we eat. Our beautiful butterflies and bees have been in decline and we need to attract them back into our urban and countryside environments. We can help by making sure we grow plants that they love.
